A Few Remarks on Content of Employer’s Internal Regulations

Abstract


The work regulations and the remuneration regulations are the most important sources of labour law issued at the level of the enterprise. Regulations’ provisions complement statutory rules and thereby they shape rights and obligations of employers and employees, adequately to a situation of given employer. Their wage and organizational provisions shall include all obligatory matters and above all shall be definite and precise.
