Polityka ochrony dzieci w kontekście sporów o opiekę i kontakt międzynarodowy z rodzicem stosującym przemoc
Streszczenie w języku polskim
Artykuł podejmuje tematykę alienacji rodzicielskiej w kontekście międzynarodowych kontaktów z dzieckiem rodzica stosującego przemoc. Analiza skupia się na problematyce wpływu przemocy domowej i manipulacji psychologicznej na relacje dziecka z rodzicem, decyzje sądowe oraz procesmediacji rodzinnej. Praca opiera się na studiach przypadków, dokumentach sądowych oraz literaturze przedmiotu, w tym na takich sprawach jak Re G (Children) i Golan v. Saada. W artykule podkreślono znaczenie interdyscyplinarnego podejścia uwzględniającego aspekty prawne, psychologiczne i społeczne w ochronie praw dziecka. Przedstawiono również ograniczenia związane z brakiem pełnego dostępu do dokumentacji sądowej, co utrudnia uogólnienie wyników.
