Full Professor Anna Przyborowska-Klimczak, graduated in law (Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin), PhD – dissertation Protection of World Cultural Heritage in International Law, habilitation – dissertation Protection of Nature: International Law Study (Lublin 2004). Title of the Professor of Law given by the President of Poland in 2013. Functions – Dean of Faculty of Law and Administration of Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin (UMCS; from 2012 and still); Vice-Dean of Faculty of Law and Administration of UMCS (two terms of office 2005–2012); Head of Chair of Public International Law at UMCS; Vice-President of Polish Group of International Law Association; Member of the Board of Lublin Scientific Society. Supervisor of 13 PhD dissertations; reviewer of 16 PhD dissertations and reviewer in nine habilitation procedures; supervisor and participant in research projects; speaker and moderator of discussions during national and international conferences; member of editorial councils or committees of scientific legal journals. Lectures on Public International Law, Diplomatic and Consular Law, European Union Law, International Courts and Tribunals, Administration and Human Rights. Research Scholarships: United States of America, the Netherlands, Greece. Author of c. 140 publications: monographs, articles, chapters of monographs, collections of documents with commentaries, legal opinions. Scientific editor of books.
