Prof. Assoc. Dr., Dean of the Faculty of Law, Political Science and International Relations from 2021. Prof. Lamçe has a long academic experience and has attended several professional trainings. She has contributed to important international conferences and has published many articles in prestigious scientific journals at national and international level. In the period 2010–2018, she has held important academic positions at the European University of Tirana as Member of the Academic Senate, Head of the Department “Private Law”, Head of Profile at the Doctoral School, etc. Prof. Lamçe has over 15 years of experience as a lawyer, collaborating with local and international legal offices, institutions, and organizations. Since 2013 she has been licensed as a lawyer by the National Chamber of Advocates in Albania. Prof. Lamçe has also collaborated as a legal expert on important projects at the national, regional, and international levels. In the period 2018–2021, she held the position of Director of the ProSEED Project Implementation Unit (GIZ) at the Ministry of Finance and Economy. Her areas of interest are related to human rights, non-discrimination and gender equality, family law, protection of minors, migration, employment policies, protection of vulnerable groups, etc.

Lecturer at the Law Department of the European University of Tirana in the field of private and business law starting from 2017 until today. She has completed in 2011 the higher studies in law at the University of Rome “La Sapienza”, while in 2017 she concluded her doctoral studies at the University of Rome “Tor Vergata”, where she defended her PhD with the topic “Contract system in Albania compared to the Roman system of contracts”. She is licensed as a lawyer by the National Chamber of Advocates of Albania and has worked in important law firms in Rome since 2012, where she has dealt mainly with civil law issues. She has published scientific articles and participated in a number of national and international conferences.
