Habilitated Doctor of Law, Professor at the University of Wroclaw, specialist in tax law, in particular EU tax law, interpretation of tax law and issues of public charges. Author of over 100 publications, including three monographs: Interpretation of Tax Law after Poland’s Accession to the European Union (2009), Stamp Duty in the Polish Legal Order (2017), Particular Administrative Charges (2017). Co-author of the series “Meritum Podatki” (since 2010) and textbooks. Author of monograph chapters and scientific journal articles.
