Izabela Kujawa is a Ph.D. in German Linguistics (since 2013), doctoral thesis: „Der politische Diskurs als Gegenstand der linguistischen Analyse am Beispiel der Integrationsdebatte in Deutschland 2006-2010“. Since 2013 she has been working as an assistant professor at the Institute of German Philology at the University of Gdańsk, in the Department of German Language and Translation. The areas of her research interests are: text and discourse linguistics, systems of knowledge representation in discourse, political communication, political linguistics, sociolinguistics. In her didactic work she specializes in business German language in professional contexts and business communication.
