Scientific Report from the International Conference “Local Administration during the First and Second World Wars”, Prague, September 8–10, 2021

Abstract

The international scientific conference “Local Administration during the First and Second World Wars” was held on September 8–10, 2021 in Prague. The meeting was organized by the Masaryk Institute and Archives of the Czech Academy of Sciences. The conference concerned the issues of local administration and judiciary during World War I and II. The event was attended by 25 participants from 16 countries representing various scientific disciplines. The conference was an important scientific event, that made it possible to compare the occupation of various areas of Europe from the perspective of local administration.
