Regulation as a driver for innovations on the retail payment market
Abstract
A part of regulations are proactive eg. support the innovation’s growth, but many of them are introducing
only after certain innovations have been identified, so they can slow down their diffusion. The highest innovation potential is characteristic to the regulations which are visible to the customers and enhance their satisfaction.
