Die Neue Seidenstraße, "win-win cooperation" und der Sozialismus mit chinesischem Charakter
Abstract
Seit einigen Jahren verwirklicht die Volksrepublik China das Projekt vom Bau der Neuen Seidenstraße. Das große Projekt hat zum Ziel, die Kommunikationsinfrastruktur zu bauen und zu modernisieren: Bahnstrecken, Wege, Brücken, Häfen, Flugplätze. Das Projekt sieht zugleich vor, die internationalen Beziehungen und die globale Ordnung in Anlehnung an neue Grundsätze und Werte zu prägen. Der Text will überprüfen, ob die Grundsätze und Werte der Neuen Seidenstraße einen Zusammenhang mit den Werten des chinesischen Sozialismus haben und wenn es der Fall ist, worauf dieser Zusammenhang beruht. Die hier dargestellte Suche führt zum Schluss, dass die ideellen Inhalte des Projekts der Neuen Seidenstraße und des chinesischen Sozialismus eine gemeinsame konfuzianische Herkunft verbindet.
