Axiologisch-ökonomische Implikationen des Transhumanismus
Abstract
Die Problematik der Identität des Menschen, seiner Rolle und Stellung in der umgebenden Welt, nehmen einen wichtigen Platz in der Reflexion über den menschlichen Intellekt und die Möglichkeiten des Verstandes ein. Wozu kann im Kontext der Überlegungen zu menschlicher Natur und zur Quintessenz des Seins der praktisch unbeschränkte technologische Fortschritt beitragen? Ist die Vision der technologischen Besonderheit und einer ungezügelten Expansion der Technik, die praktisch in jeden Bereich menschlicher Aktivität einschreitet, von der globalisierter politischen, ökonomischen, sozialen und kulturellen Makro-Ebene über die Mezo-Ebene des Funktionierens der lokalen Gemeinschaften bis zur Mikro-Ebene der alltäglichen zwischenmenschlichen Beziehungen, unabwendbar? Strebt menschliches Handeln tatsächlich einen merkwürdigen Punkt in der zukünftigen Entwicklung der Zivilisation an, nach dessen Überschreitung jegliche Vermutungen hinsichtlich menschlicher Existenz nicht mehr aktuell werden, und das gegenwärtig geltende Paradigma des Lebens der Gattung Homo sapiens nicht mehr gültig erscheint. Der Artikel bietet theoretische Erwägungen zu den axiologischen und ökonomischen Konsequenzen des Transhumanismus.
