Ruba Fahmi Bataineh is currently the executive director of the National Center for Curriculum Development and a Professor of TESOL at the Department of Curriculum and Methods of Instruction at Yarmouk University, Jordan. She has published extensively on teacher education, cross-cultural pragmatics, literacy, and CALL in renowned international journals.

Adel M. Al-Refa’i is a former instructor at the Peacekeeping Institute of the Public Security Directorate and a PhD candidate in the TEFL Program at Yarmouk university, Jordan. Under Prof. Bataineh’s supervision, Mr. Al-Refa’i is expected to defend his dissertation by April 2019. His research interests include listening instruction, teacher education, and CALL.
