Author Guidelines
The editorial board of Prima Educatione Journal informs that we use iThenticate (Professional Plagiarism Prevention) to check all submissions.
The journal does not charge any fees for publishing the text. The author does not bear any costs for any of the stages of the publishing process from the submission of the manuscript to the publication of the text.
In the sections of Prima Educatione: a) Studies and dissertations; b) Research papers; c) Experiences and proposals, d) Reviews and reports, the following types of manuscripts will be placed:
- Studies and dissertations: original scientific articles presenting the results of original research of a theoretical or analytical nature (monographic articles and scientific essays) and scientific review articles summarising the current state of knowledge in a given research area, integrating and interpreting the results of the results of the research.
- Research papers: original scientific articles presenting the results of the research of an empirical nature and also announcements about the preliminary results of the conducted research.
- Experiences and proposals: Other articles referring to or derived from teaching practice, with bibliographic references.
Structure of the paper:
Regardless of the type of the submitted manuscript, the following information is required on the first page:
- Title of the paper in Polish and English
- Abstract in Polish (200 to 250 words)
- Keywords in Polish (from 3 to 6)
- Abstract in English (200 to 250 words)
- Keywords in English (from 3 to 6)
- Introduction (theoretical background)
- Material and methods
- Results
- Discussion
- Conclusions
- References
Please note: After receiving positive reviews, the author completes the file with the following information:
- Name and surname of the author (s)
- Author (s) affiliation
- ORCID number of the author (s)
Editorial guidelines
The editor accepts scientific manuscripts for publication in the form of: 1) scientific papers (20,000-25,000 characters with spaces), 2) research reports (10,000-12,000 characters with spaces) and 3) scientific reviews and reports (5,000-6,000 characters with spaces). The authors should follow the following editorial guidelines:
a) Main text of manuscript - Times New Roman font 12, interline 1.5; standard margins (2.5).
b) Bibliographic footnotes are included in the text of the article (APA style), consist of the author's name and the year of publication, and the pages of the cited publication after a comma, enclosed in parentheses, e.g .: (Louv 2016, p. 42).
c) When two publications by the same author were published in the same year: (Louv, 2016a; Louv, 2016b).
d) When citing the work of two authors, the names of both authors are separated by a comma, e.g. (Liberska, Trempała, 2020). If there are three or more authors, give the first surname and add "et al.", Eg (Brown et al., 2020).
e) Author's footnotes containing comments and supplements to the manuscript should be placed at the bottom of the page and numbered consecutively.
f) Photographs in the main text should contain numbering and source. Additionally, the author of the article encloses consent for their publication in the journal.
g) All references the author refers to in the main text should be included in the References added at the end of the paper, in alphabetical order according to the following APA rules:
Monograph:

Chapter in the monograph:

The copyright to the data contained in the paper
It is the authors' responsibility to obtain permission to reproduce copyrighted material from other sources. This applies to both direct reproduction and "derivative reproduction" (in case new schemas or tables have been created that are largely sourced from a copyright-protected source).
Final remarks
1. Editors do not return the authors of the submitted materials.
2. Editors may refuse to publish manuscript without justifying it.
3. Editors do not pay the authors for the published manuscripts.
4. Editors do not pay for reviews.
