Ph.D., associate professor in the Chair of Literature Didactics and the Polish Language at the Institute of Polish Philology at the Pedagogical University of Cracow. She is a keen proponent of empirical research. She has published a number of articles on literature didactics, such as the monographs: Uczeń w rolipublicysty. Przygotowanie piętnastolatków do życia społecznego w kształceniu polonistycznym (2006), Osoba ucznia w świadomości studentów polonistyki. O związku literaturoznawstwa z dydaktyką (2015). She is an editor and co-editor of annals “Studia ad Didacticam Litterarum Polonarum et Lingue Polonae Pertinentia” (“Annales Universitas Pedagogicae Cracoviensis” series).
